Det certificeres hermed, at kvalitetsstyringssystemet
hos ovennævnte klient er undersøgt og fundet at være i overensstemmelse med kravene
i
DS/EN ISO 9001:2008
med udeladelse af punkt 7.3: Udvikling og konstruktion
og at DTI Certificering har indgået aftale med nævnte
klient om periodiske undersøgelser af kvalitetsstyringssystemet.
Dette certifikat er kun gyldigt i forbindelse med opretholdelse
af nævnte aftale.
DTI Certificering udsteder som konsekvens af sine undersøgelser
af kvalitetsstyringssystemet løbende til virksomheden bevis for den fortsatte gyldighed
i form af tillæg til dette certifikat. Dette certifikat er gyldigt, indtil det enten
tilbagekaldes eller indtil der er gået mere end et år siden udstedelse af det seneste
tillæg.
Afgrænsningen af de aktiviteter, som det certificerede
kvalitetsstyringssystem dækker:
Salg, produktion og distribution af rør og tilhørende
artikler fortrinsvis af plast til byggeri, jordbrug, skovbrug m.v.

This is to certify that the quality system of the above
client has been assessed and found to comply with the requirements of
DS/EN ISO 9001:2008
excluding subclause 7.3: Design and development
and that DTI Certification has established a contract
with the said client to periodically assess the quality system.
This certificate is valid only while the said contract
is in effect.
DTI Certification shall in consequence of its assessments
of the quality system periodically issue to the client addenda to this certificate
to prove its continued validity.
This certificate is valid until it will be either withdrawn
or until more than one year has passed since issue of the latest addendum.
Scope of activities covered by the certified quality
system:
Sales, production and distribution of pipes and related
articles, mainly made of plastic for the building industry, agriculture, forestry
etc.
